Business Registration form and Certificate of profit seeking enterprise
（It’s ruled to get company license and business registration certificate after applying for Incubation within a half a year. Natural people who don’t apply to set up companies have to apply within a half a year, and must get company license and business registration certificate within a year. Or the contract will be quitted.） - Declaration of the Businessmen’s Sales Tax

Process of Applying for Incubation
Step 1 The Enterprise should participate in the Explanation Session of Enlisting Enterprise.
Step 2 The staff of Innovation Incubation Center will discuss with applied Enterprise.
Step 3 The staff of enterprise will need to write Operation Plan of Enterprise.
Step 4 The project managers will examine the Operation Plan of Technique.
Step 5 The promotion committee will examine the plan.
Step 6 Examining & Approving the terms of allowance after passing the examination.
Step 7 The staff of Innovation Incubation Center will sign the contract with the staff of enterprise.
Step 8 Accomplishing the process of applying for Incubation.
＊If Step 4 fail, the staff of enterprise will have to ask and improve the plan.
Afteraward, the enterprise should apply again from Step 4.
